Casper is seeking a Store Supervisor to help lead day-to-day operations on the sales floor, modeling a customer-centric, consultative selling approach. You will oversee opening/closing, training, inventory controls, and promotional execution while supporting the Store Manager and Associate Manager.
You’ll mentor the team, drive ownership and continuous improvement, and ensure a smooth, engaging offline shopping experience in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is preferred.
