Heartwood Renovations is a residential remodeling company specializing in kitchens and bathrooms throughout the Greater Hartford area. We believe exceptional remodeling starts with exceptional people. Responsibilities:
  • Install custom cabinetry and finish carpentry to Heartwood's high standards of craftsmanship.
  • Read blueprints, execute layouts, and adapt installations to field conditions.
  • Complete detailed finish work, including crown molding, trim, fillers, scribe work,
  • hardware, and custom cabinetry modifications.
  • Collaborate with teammates, homeowners, and designers to deliver an outstanding
  • remodeling experience.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites while protecting clients' homes.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of cabinet installation and finish carpentry experience.
  • Ability to read blueprints and execute layouts independently.
  • Strong finish carpentry skills, including detailed scribe work and custom fitting. Ability to
  • fabricate or modify trim on site is preferred.
  • Access to all tools required for trim carpentry and cabinet installation.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to safely lift and maneuver cabinetry and building materials.
