Full Stack Developer

American Cruise Lines, the largest cruise line in the United States, is looking to add a Full-Stack Developer. Our candidate must be willing to work in office at Guilford, CT every weekday.

• Modifying and testing changes to previously developed programs.
• Testing and providing feedback to management during the development process.
• Maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment.
• Managing the end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications.
• Working toward participating in the complete software development process from conception to deployment.
• Writing, building, and deployment of software.

• Front-end technology:
  Expertise in JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5 and third-party libraries including Angular or AngularJS and jQuery.
• Development languages:
  Knowledge of server-side programming languages including C# and .NET.
• Database:
  Familiarity with DBMS technology, including SQL Server.
• Basic design ability:
  Including knowledge of UI/UX and basic prototype design.
• Server:
  Experience working with Windows IIS and Linux servers.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to understand a component of a proposed system and be able to build it with guidance.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related STEM.
• Or associate’s degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
• Or 5+ years of experience.
