• Diagnose and repair transmission issues in a variety of vehicles.
• Install, remove, and replace transmissions efficiently and accurately.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on transmission systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate findings clearly.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

• Proven experience as a Transmission Installer or in a similar role.
• ASE certification in Transmission Repair is preferred.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and transmission components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
