Pro Fleet Solutions Inc seeks an Automotive Technician to service and repair trucking fleet vehicles in our Automotive department. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and use advanced diagnostic and fleet management technology to keep trucks safe, reliable, and cost-efficient. Working in a quality-focused, safety-driven culture, you'll collaborate with a skilled team, support continuous improvement, and contribute to high customer satisfaction while growing your skills in the trucking industry.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on fleet trucks and trailers
- Use advanced diagnostic tools and fleet management technology to identify issues
- Ensure all work meets safety, DOT, and company compliance standards
- Accurately document repairs, parts used, and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex mechanical and electrical problems
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations to supervisors or clients
- Support continuous improvement of maintenance processes and standards
