Job Overview

Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns / refunds, and carry out financial transactions. Always ready to help with customer questions and needs, this role may require standing for long periods of time.

• Hourly Wage: $17 – $30 per hour
• Minimum wage compliance:
  The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Additional compensation:
  Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
