Our group offers high-quality medical care that is unparalleled in the region. In 2014, the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) recognized the providers for delivering high-quality care to our patients with diabetes and heart disease.
About the Opportunity:
- Flexible work schedule
- Call averages every 8-12 weeks
- Ultrasound and laboratory services are available on-site
- The average daily patient census per Provider is about 20 patients

- Located in southern Connecticut, 40 miles from Hartford and 75 miles from New York City
