Regional YMCA in Connecticut is seeking caring staff to work with preschoolers aged 3–4. Prior experience with preschool children is required and candidates should be willing to learn NAEYC and CT State Licensing Standards. Staff must attend trainings and obtain First Aid/CPR certification or be willing to become certified.
A strong team player with a positive rapport with families and children is essential. Bi-lingual skills in Portuguese or Spanish are a plus.
