Process Engineer II

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Process Engineer who will optimize operations and support statistical process control to improve yields, reduce cost and ensure product quality.

• Daily monitoring of production for quality, cycle time, EHS compliance and consistency with documented work practices.
• Monitor processes and oversee SPC activities for critical processes.
• Determine root causes for out-of-control products and follow through corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic statistical reports for customers and ensure timely submission.
• Manage Nonconforming Material Reports (NCMR) and drive root‑cause resolution to minimize repeat occurrence.
• Support QA on customer complaints related to batch manufacturing processes including CAR.
• Write and modify work instructions for existing products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process equipment related problems.
• Collaborate with Maintenance/Production and manage change protocol on equipment repairs and process changes to ensure process safety.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Production and oversee execution of equipment and instrumentation calibration program.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in a process engineering role.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement Methodology such as Six Sigma Green Belt.
