• Minimum of 3 shifts, 12 hours each
• Shifts reflect clinic hours:
• Monday - Friday: 8 am - 8 pm
• Saturday - Sunday: 8 am - 6 pm

Job Overview:

Looking for a friendly, energetic, motivated person as a Clinical Medical Assistant for Urgent Care. Flexible schedule with top salary, full benefits package & great pay incentives.

Objective:

Triage patients, get patient records and tests; coordinate daily tasks, prepare exam rooms, and assist the physician during patient care.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Phlebotomy
• Administer vaccinations
• Escort patient to room
• Take vital signs
• Document patient data
• Assist provider
• Discharge patients from the room with instructions
• Ensure patient flow is speedy and organized
• Inventory supplies, replenish supplies when received
• Assist in maintaining equipment

Qualifications:

• Experience in a medical office setting
• Active MA Certification required
• Professional appearance
• Team player who is equally comfortable working independently
• Warm, friendly attitude with excellent patient interaction skills
• Arrive each day prepared to work at your appointed time
• Be prepared to leave at the end of the day only after patient care, clinical, and administrative duties are completed.
