Receptionist, Healthcare

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team? We are currently seeking a dedicated and friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for the patients in this optometric practice.

• Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle front desk operations, including answering phones and managing appointments
• Assist with annual supply sales of contact lenses and other products at checkout
• Support a smooth and welcoming environment for all visitors

• $18 - $25 per hour, depending on experience
• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with a half-day on Wednesday (until noon)
• Simple IRA retirement plan

• 1 week of Paid Time Off (PTO), increasing to 2 weeks after the first year

• No prior experience is required; we are open to candidates with a medical receptionist or med spa background who have sales experience

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
