ABA Centers of Connecticut is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver ABA therapy across New Haven, East Haven, and West Haven, CT. Starting rates are $24.60/hour for RBTs and $22.25/hour for BTs, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.
We provide paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement, including support to pass the RBT exam as required by the BACB.
