Jobtailor is seeking an IT support technician to assist faculty and staff on campus and remotely. You will handle tickets via multiple channels, deploy Windows and macOS devices, and maintain AV systems for classrooms and meetings.
The role requires a strong customer-service mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently, including off-hours when needed. Familiarity with AV equipment is a plus.
