Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all electrical work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable codes and regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and project management principles.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing electrical projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and specifications.
• Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.
• Ensuring compliance with national and local electrical codes, as well as safety regulations.
• Preparing and presenting project updates to stakeholders, including clients and management.
• Managing project budgets, including tracking expenses and optimizing costs.
• Identifying risks and developing strategies to mitigate them throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in electrical projects, preferably in commercial or industrial construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes, including NEC compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Certifications such as PMP or similar are advantageous.
