KX Technologies is a leading manufacturer of water filters for the residential market.  We are seeking skilled manufacturing workers to join our 2nd shift team.  The Operator 2 position requires experience working in light manufacturing, working on automated or semi-automated assembly lines, and experience working as part of a high-functioning manufacturing team.## Responsibilities
* Operate and maintain complex light automation equipment with minimal supervision.
* Ensure the efficient and safe operation of manufacturing processes.
* Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
* Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards.
* Maintain accurate production records and reports.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
* Train new team members.
* Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications
* 1-3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
* Proven ability to operate light automation equipment independently.
* Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* English communication and teamwork skills.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
* Able to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 45 lbs.
