Understand and demonstrate how to read and execute batch sheet and instructions, sampling and labels;
Successfully load, blend and unload a batch following instructions on batch sheet on two different blenders;
Demonstrate setup, break down, brush down, wash down (physically) of equipment in blending, milling, auger feed systems, and sifters;
Demonstrate use of scale as well as tare wt. and test of scale and document;
Follow SOP's, GMP's, Allergens, HACCP, Food Defense, Color Code, Documentation, Log Books, Hand Washing, Uniform and Locker policy once fully trained and onboarded
