Set up, operate, and maintain blending machinery to produce batches at required capacity;
Read and execute batch sheets and instructions; perform sampling and labeling;
Load, blend, and unload batches on two different blenders; demonstrate proficiency;
Perform setup, break down, wash down of blending, milling, auger feed systems, and sifters;
Comply with SOPs, GMPs, HACCP, and safety policies; document logs and adjustments
