Set up and operate blending machinery to produce batches according to batch sheets;
Read batch sheets and instructions and complete associated logs;
Perform wash down, cleaning, and equipment maintenance in blending, milling, and sifters;
Load, blend, and unload batches on two different blenders following instructions;
Maintain safety procedures, GMPs, and proper documentation throughout the shift
