Express Employment Professionals is recruiting an experienced Forklift Operator / Material Handler for a food ingredient manufacturing company in West Haven, CT.

This is a 2nd shift warehouse and material handling position for a dependable candidate with forklift experience who is comfortable working in a food ingredient manufacturing environment.

• Operate a forklift to move materials and products throughout the facility
• Perform material handling and warehouse duties
• Move, stage and organize products and materials as needed
• Support warehouse and production operations
• Follow established safety procedures while operating forklift equipment
• Maintain an organized and safe work area

• Forklift operating experience
• Material handling or warehouse experience
• Ability to work independently and safely in a manufacturing environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work the full 3:00 PM–11:30 PM schedule
• Must be able to safely work around the food ingredients handled within the facility

3:00 PM–11:30 PM
$20.05 per hour
