We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team on a  
** 6-month*
* ** contract*
* ** basis
* * to assist in key marketing activities to support the Sales and Marketing function at Marmon Residential Filtration. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, and R&D to support business growth initiatives.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Support content updates across all brand touchpoints (website, social platforms, Linked In, etc.) with relevant content and ensure consistency throughout
* Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as presentations, trade show brochures, and other sales enablement tools
* Conduct ongoing product research and trends analysis across various e-commerce platforms to help inform strategies and recommendations.
* Stay informed about consumer trends, industry regulations, and technological advancements in water filtration.
* Monitor major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart) for suspected counterfeit or non-genuine product listings for key appliance customers.
** Qualifications & Experience
*** Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in consumer goods or B2B environment preferred
* Naturally curious and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to continuously learn.
* ** Top of Form
** Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
* Collaborator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
