A healthcare provider in West Haven is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for primary care. The RN will support providers by managing medication refills and patient follow-ups, as well as coordinating triage and care for patients. This full-time role requires an RN degree and a current state RN license. Working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with responsibilities primarily at the Guilford location but may require travel to other areas as needed.
