Are you passionate about providing exceptional care and making a real difference in people's lives? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a key member of our team, you will be on the front lines of delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding healthcare environment. Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse, your duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and creating individualized care plans based on your findings.
  • Administering medication as prescribed by physicians and monitoring patients for any adverse reactions.
  • Monitoring patients undergoing withdrawal from substances and managing any medical crises that may arise.
  • Employing de-escalation techniques and crisis management skills to handle challenging situations effectively.
  • Providing psychiatric nursing care and trauma-informed care to patients with mental health conditions.
  • Coordinating care with other healthcare professionals and departments to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
  • Conducting risk assessments and implementing measures to ensure patient safety.
  • Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining strict patient confidentiality.
  • Documenting clinical information accurately and efficiently in patient records.
  • Participating in quality assurance initiatives to improve patient care outcomes.
  • Utilizing leadership skills to guide and mentor less experienced nursing staff.
Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following:
  • A valid Registered Nurse license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven experience in patient assessment, medication administration, withdrawal monitoring, crisis management, psychiatric nursing, clinical documentation, treatment planning, trauma-informed care, risk assessment, care coordination, quality assurance, nursing leadership, HIPAA compliance, and de-escalation techniques.
  • Exceptional clinical skills and a deep understanding of patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with patients and their families.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
