Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our team on-site in West Haven, CT. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, generating leads, providing excellent customer service, and managing accounts. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, making sales calls, following up on inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Proven skills in Inside Sales and generating leads
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Experience with Account Management and building long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with sales software and CRM tools is a plus
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
