Key Account Director – OEM Water Filtration (Residential)
Partner Plus are delighted to be retained by a market-leading residential water filtration manufacturer (part of a global industrial group) that is looking to hire a strategic Key Account Director to lead and grow several of its largest OEM relationships.
This is not a transactional sales role. You will act as a true strategic partner to top-tier OEM customers — owning executive relationships, driving revenue growth, leading cross‑functional product development initiatives, and ensuring voice‑of‑customer is embedded across engineering and operations.
We’re looking for:- 8 years’ experience in OEM key account sales within water filtration (or closely related sector)
- Proven ability to grow major accounts and win new OEM business
- Experience leading cross‑functionally across engineering, quality, and manufacturing
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic forecasting capability
- Comfortable with >50% travel
This is a high‑visibility, growth‑focused role within a business investing heavily in innovation and long‑term expansion.
