We are seeking an enthusiastic garage door service technician to add to our expanding team. Primary responsibilities as a technician will be the service and installation of residential garage doors. Since our company offers repairs, new installations, and remodels, technicians will go to multiple project locations, and no two days will be alike.

Every day, all over our coverage areas, you'll be representing our company and dealing with clients, so you will need excellent customer service skills. The ideal applicant for this position is someone who is comfortable working with power tools and has a passion for exceeding customer expectations. • Be punctual for all appointments and work hard to exceed customer expectations
• Attend company meetings and follow company processes
• Ensure that measurements and locations for openings are correct on larger jobs
• Utilize our software for notes, generating quotes, and invoicing
• Provide the customer with their options after conducting a complete inspection and accurate diagnosis of any issues with the current system

• Clean motor vehicle record (at least 5 years)
• You must have excellent customer service skills for this position
• Ability to use a measuring tape, as well as proficiency in math and problem-solving, are essential
• Able to work with either power tools or hand tools
• Effective communication, listening, and teamwork skills are necessary
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED certificate

$40,000 - $70,000+ yearly with opportunity for commission
