About the Role
Trillium Construction is hiring Piledriver/Ironworkers/Concrete Carpenters for a 2–3 month project on highway/bridge construction in the West Haven, CT area. The role involves driving H piles, rigging steel, hand digging, dragging hoses, and pouring concrete for large MSE walls.
Schedule & CompensationDay shift from 6 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays; approximately 50 hours per week. Starts at $71.22 per hour, with a $125 /day per diem for eligible workers.
Responsibilities- Drive H piles for foundation work.
- Rig steel into place.
- Hand dig, drag hoses, help form and pour concrete for MSE walls.
- Line bridge and foundation forms.
- Experience in carpentry work and pouring/finishing concrete.
- OSHA 10 certification highly preferred.
- Prior experience in heavy civil construction, bridge work, or heavy highway work.
- Ability to wear all required PPE and bring proper tools.
- Pass all pre‑employment screenings.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job.
- Versatility in multiple construction trades (piledrive, concrete, rig).
