About the Role:

Pro Fleet Solutions is hiring Mobile Automotive Technicians at all skill levels, from developing technicians with foundational repair experience to advanced diagnostic technicians.

All technicians must be able to perform vehicle diagnostics appropriate to their experience level. This includes using scan tools and testing equipment to identify mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns—not simply replacing parts based on a reported symptom.

Technicians perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial and medium-duty fleet vehicles at customer locations throughout Connecticut. The role requires mechanical ability, attention to detail, professional communication, and the ability to work independently in a mobile environment.

Our garage is located in West Haven, Connecticut. Mobile technicians report to the garage or an assigned location and travel to customer sites throughout the state.
