Bridges Healthcare, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Shift Manager in our Young Adult Services Program
$48,000 - $52,788 per year, commensurate of experience
Applicants must be available to work the following schedule:
Sun 7 a.m.
-3 p.m., Mon, Tue, Wed 3 p.m.
-11 p.m., Sat 7 a.m.
-3 p.m.

Position Overview
Works under the direction of YAS Operations or Clinical Director to provide daily coordination of staff, services and schedule for Young Adult Services Program. Responsibilities include maintaining logs and tracking vehicle use and maintenance specifically for second and weekend shifts.
Duties and Responsibilities- Oversee/coordinate staff/client schedule to insure services prioritized and rendered in an efficient manner.
- Work in collaboration with the Sr. Case Manager and the Fleet Manager to oversee use and maintenance of program vehicles.
- Coordinate and act as a liaison with nursing services during scheduled shift, in collaboration with Clinical Director.
- Insure that case managers, clinicians, on-call staff, psychiatrists, conservators, and YAS management are informed of any incidents or other pertinent events that take place during a shift and supervise appropriate documentation.
- Provide direction/supervision to case management/respite staff.
- Oversee/coordinate staff schedule, making changes/additions as needed.
- Complete all clinical/non-clinical paperwork required by Bridges.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Bachelor's degree required, with a major in human services/related field preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Knowledge of behavioral health issues.
- Experience of at least one year in working with clients with serious mental health needs and in providing supervision to staff and program oversight.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to assess crisis situations and create plans of correction.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to prioritize and organize schedules and demands.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
