About the Role
As a Substitute Job Coach, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with limited work experience across the state. You'll help people develop skills through work that they will be able to carry into the future to succeed in the competitive workforce. This is a per diem role that will allow you to work around your existing schedule.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing on-the-job training support at assigned locations
- Observing workers' behaviors and providing feedback in real time
- Working collaboratively as part of a compassionate, supportive team

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience supporting individuals is helpful—but not required. We provide paid training to help you succeed.
Pay:
- $18.36 per hour
