Comfort Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to keep our Utah office and operations running smoothly. You will manage daily communications, handle A/R collections and payments, and review vendor invoices while supporting payroll processes.
You will maintain employee records in Paylocity, assist with month-end close in Sage Intacct, and help with fleet and compliance tasks. We value organizational skills and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.
