Construction Manager/ Foreman, Operations Manager
Responsibilities
Oversee all daily on‑site operations for commercial construction projects.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors across all trades.
Maintain project schedule and ensure work stays on track.
Conduct daily site inspections for safety, quality, and progress.
Enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
Work closely with the Project Manager on RFIs, submittals, and material needs.
Manage jobsite logistics, deliveries, and equipment.
Review and interpret commercial construction drawings (architectural, structural, MEP).
Serve as the on‑site contact for inspectors, owners, and vendors.
Ensure high‑quality installation of commercial finishes and building systems.
Maintain daily reports and documentation.
Support punch list, commissioning, and project closeout activities.
QualificationsMust have at least 2-5 years experience as a Superintendent. Efficient in plan reading and scheduling. Experience is Procore is a plus.
