Mountain View Jr High in Weber School District seeks a Secondary Aide (Student Advocate) to support students toward proficiency with relational, non-punitive guidance. Under supervision of administration and counselors, the Advocate Aide provides mentoring, helps access school and community resources, and contributes to MTSS Tier 2/3 activities while fostering a safe, inclusive learning environment.
This grant-funded, 180-day calendar position works 8 hours per day with benefits per the district
