Position Summary
Haven Creek Assisted Living is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant/Med Tech to join our evening shift at West Haven, UT. The role involves providing compassionate, high‑level care to residents during the graveyard shift (10pm–6am) in a long‑term care facility. The position requires a valid UT CNA license, ability to work in a team, and strong commitment to resident well‑being.

- Provide kind and compassionate care to residents.
- Answer residents' call lights to determine their needs.
- Turn and reposition residents while they are in bed.
- Assist residents in performing daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercising.
- Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure the resident receives an appropriate diet.
- Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary.
- Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
- Valid UT CNA license.
- Must possess clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and relate positively to residents and their families.
- Must work well in a team environment.
- Must be energetic, positive, professional, and reliable.
- Must be 18or older.
- Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Current Food Handler Permit (when applicable).
- No disciplinary action in effect against certification.
- At least one year of experience as a certified nursing assistant in a SNF or ALF is preferred.
