Peak Living seeks a qualified Leasing Specialist with tax credit experience to join our growing property management team. Under the direction of the Community Manager, you will support leasing operations and resident services across our communities.
You will handle showing apartments, processing applications, ensuring LIHTC compliance, renewing leases, and delivering excellent customer service to residents. A minimum of three years in onsite leasing and English communication is required.
