Truck Driver - Local Class B - Logistics

Full-time Local Class B Delivery Truck Drivers

Average $69160 annually

7AM dispatch

Local, home daily

• Perform multi‑stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
• Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered
• Make 5 stops per week

• Dispatch time 7AM
• 5 day schedule - Tuesday through Saturday
• Average 45 hours per week
• Home daily

• Valid Class B CDL Airbrake endorsement required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non‑excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented relevant commercial vehicle driving experience in the last 5 years required
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• English language proficiency required
• Work the required schedule, complete Penske employment application, submit to background investigation and drug screening required
• Position regulated by the Department of Transportation; ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner required. Must accept responsibility for safety of self and others

• Must be able to see and hear. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Movement: move frequently, stand, walk, sit. Use hands to touch, handle, feel, reach with hands and arms. Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs/23 kg and occasionally up to 100 lbs/45 kg.
• Must legally operate a motor vehicle and safely enter/exit vehicle and rear cargo area.
