Maintenance Supervisor
We are conducting a search for a Maintenance Supervisor for a large production company for their plant in AR. The company operates a significant number of plants in the United States. They are able to offer the opportunity for upward mobility. The Company is a well-recognized firm and has a strong reputation. An attractive compensation package is offered. Candidates should have previous food and/or beverage industry experience, and high-speed packaging experience.
A degree is required. Experience in troubleshooting and programming PLC's can be very beneficial. A Preventative Maintenance background is needed. Candidates should have the stretch to become Maintenance Managers. For those living in AR, or who have a desire to move there, this could be an excellent chance to get there.
