Part-time Program Aide

CCLI is looking for a part-time Program Aide with a generous heart and a desire to contribute to the well‑being of others to carry out our mission on Long Island. By joining our team, you will share in the joy of providing “care with dignity and life with hope.”

• Assist clients with daily living activities.
• Accompany clients to various activities, events, stores, or other places as required.
• Assist in arranging client activities and/or services.
• Observe and/or record day‑to‑day activities and behavior of clients as related to program requirements.
• Monitor safety and wellbeing of clients.
• Complete necessary client documentation.
• Know and apply emergency procedures in the event of a crisis.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years’ client service working with the general public; experience with seniors preferred.
• A compassionate and caring manner at all times.

Part‑time – 12 hours per week

$20 per hour

This rate of pay serves as a good faith estimate. Actual pay is based on a number of factors which may include a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and work location. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation, such as the value of benefits, which may be applicable to this position.
