Personal Assistant

A prominent CEO and their family are seeking an exceptional Personal and Family Assistant to join their team and provide high-touch support. This role is ideal for a proactive, adaptable, and resourceful candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly manage the many moving parts of a dynamic lifestyle. This is a full-time, 5 days onsite position, based in Century City and requiring flexibility for weekends, early mornings, evenings, and travel.

Responsiveness and reliability are essential, with the ability to accommodate changing needs and priorities.

This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of the CEO and his family, including complex calendar management, household operations, communications, expenses, errands, event planning, travel logistics, and recurring direct childcare. This individual will work closely with household staff, vendors, family, and other key contacts including the Executive Assistant to ensure priorities are handled seamlessly and proactively. Strong organization and follow-through are essential, as this role requires balancing multiple requests while anticipating needs and staying ahead of changing schedules.

The ideal candidate is intuitive, solution-oriented, and consistently one step ahead, anticipating needs and following through without repeated direction. Success in this role requires excellent judgment, discretion, and the ability to create ease across the CEO’s personal and family life.
