Position OverviewA firm is seeking a highly polished, intelligent, and resilient Admin Assistant to support a senior executive.

Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative and day-to-day support to the executive
- Manage a high volume of phone calls, emails, scheduling, and correspondence
- Draft professional letters, written materials, and other communications
- Coordinate and maintain complex calendars and appointments
- Communicate professionally with high-profile clients, partners, and industry contacts
- Track projects, opportunities, deadlines, and client-related information
- Assist with client communication and follow-up
- Maintain a polished and professional front-office presence
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Anticipate needs and proactively support the executive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding writing ability with strong attention to grammar, tone, and detail
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through
- Professional, polished, and confident demeanor
Thick-skinned and able to work effectively under pressure - Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and competing priorities
- Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism
- Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday in a formal, professional office environment
- Prior administrative, executive assistant, talent agency, entertainment, or related experience preferred
