HVAC Superintendent

Position Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced HVAC Superintendent to oversee onsite construction operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to project plans and specifications.

Work Arrangement:
Onsite
Salary: $65,000-$85,000 (Negotiable)

• Oversee construction projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate project scheduling, resources, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Supervise onsite personnel and ensure quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with inspectors, architects, engineers, government officials, and clients.
• Review plans and specifications and ensure work is completed accordingly.
• Assist with project budgeting and cost control.
• Address project issues, delays, and resource needs.
• Maintain strong communication with all project stakeholders.

• Previous construction management or field supervision experience.
• HVAC experience or knowledge required.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.

• Full-time onsite position in South Florida.
