Become an integral part of our iconic Studio Tour as a Studio Tour Ambassador, where you’ll ensure seamless operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. In this fast-paced, guest-facing role, you’ll manage guest flow into and out of the Studio Tour Plaza, as well as onto and off the trams. Responsibilities include effectively communicating with team members to ensure trams are safely loaded, unloaded, and ready for operation.

As a representative of the Studio Tour, you’ll provide outstanding guest service by engaging positively with guests from around the world, offering assistance and information, and maintaining a clean and presentable tour area. Your ability to work collaboratively, prioritize safety, and manage high-pressure situations will enhance the experience for every guest.

Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with boarding the tram and disembarking the tram
  • Responsible for tracking the total number of guests on each tram by utilizing tools provided by the company (i.e. log sheets, calculator, etc.)
  • Monitor guest throughput and ensure guests are contained in designated queue areas
  • Clean, distribute, and collect 3D glasses by utilizing tools provided by the company (i.e. glasses washing machine, rolling cabinets, wash/distribution baskets, rolling collection bins, etc.)
  • Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions and offer information in a courteous manner. Seek to provide assistance to guests, where appropriate
  • Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and guests of all ages, following all company guidelines and protocols.
  • Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally and effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere.
  • Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests of all ages while maintaining composure during difficult interactions.
  • Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues of all ages.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years old or older
Job Demands
  • Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs with assistance
  • The noise level is generally moderate to high
  • Team Members are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to: heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather. Depending on the assigned location, work can be almost exclusively outdoors
Schedule
  • Must be available to work at least 4 days per week throughout the peak seasons to include a rotation of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay
  • $19 per hour (After 1,000 hours worked, pay increases to $23/hr)
