Front Of House | Tyg Training West Hollywood

TYG Training West Hollywood is looking for a confident, energetic and people-first Front of House team member to join our growing team.

This role is much more than standing behind a front desk.

You'll be one of the first faces our members see when they walk through the doors and play a key role in creating the energy, service and community that defines the TYG experience.

You'll be responsible for:

• Welcoming members and creating an exceptional in-studio experience
• Building genuine relationships with our community
• Managing member enquiries, bookings and day-to-day front desk operations
• Following up leads, trials and prospective members
• Supporting membership sales and conversions
• Helping maintain the presentation and standards of the studio
• Supporting events, activations and community initiatives
• Working closely with our coaches and management team to keep the studio running at its best

You're confident, warm and comfortable talking to anyone.

You take initiative, notice the small things and understand that great service is about making people feel known, welcomed and looked after.

Experience in hospitality, fitness, retail, sales or customer service is a plus - but personality, work ethic and attitude matter most.
