Job Summary

• Escort and direct approved photographers and videographers to the approved area for the allotted time at each show
• Create and post lively real‑time coverage of each event on the venue’s social media pages (Instagram Stories)
• Capture high‑quality phone clips as advised by the Onsite & Social Media Marketing Teams
• Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner
• Stay up to date with Instagram trends, features, and best practices
• Work with our house photographer to ensure quality content is being captured
• Collaborate across departments including Premium Seating, the Ancillary Team, and Food & Beverage to highlight specific venue offerings
• Ensure signage, posters, banners, and digital displays are current and accurate
• Assist with general venue responsibilities as determined night of show by the General Manager

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• Proven experience managing Instagram accounts (personal or professional)
• Music knowledge: event planning, concert, or sports marketing experience preferred
• Creative and proactive with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
