Job Description:
- Assist in formulating the Clients' future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
- Manage the capital request and budgeting processes
- Manage the accounting and business management team
- Oversee the financial operations of Clients' companies
- Manage third parties to which functions have been outsourced
- Oversee the establishment of ad hoc financial modeling as needed and production of budgets and forecasts
- Establish financial and operating metrics to measure performance
- Understand and mitigate key elements of the Client's risk profile
- Monitor cash projections and forecasts and arrange for debt and equity financing
- CPA, CFP, or CMA required
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 10 years' progressive public accounting, business management, family office and/or entertainment experience
