As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins with obtaining securities licenses, including Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 Exams. You will be taught foundational skills to build and manage client relationships and provide advice and solutions to clients, while humanizing financial interactions. You will begin in a financial center to deliver Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions and approach to client care.

We will equip you with the resources you need as you move through the stages of development.

Progression typically leads to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where you continue to grow relationships within a client portfolio. The Academy provides dedicated programs, tools, and resources throughout your career journey.

This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. You will be required to register and submit to the SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in termination.

  • Grow your knowledge by using a defined consultative approach with clients to identify needs and solutions.
  • Earn your SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (63 & 65 accepted, in lieu of 66) through structured lessons and dedicated study time. Obtain your SIE within 30 days of hire and your Series 7 & 66 within 120 days.
  • Build your network by interacting with banking customers, small business owners, and higher net worth clients.
  • Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews, and recommend strategies to help clients meet financial goals.
  • Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to meet clients’ financial needs.
Required Qualifications
  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
  • Self-discipline in managing time and capacity.
  • Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions.
  • Ability to build strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Results-driven mindset with a client-first approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology or applications.
Desired Qualifications
  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

Pay range $28.85 - $33.65 hourly. Offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible. Benefits are currently offered. We provide benefits, paid time off, and resources to support employees and communities we serve.
