Must Have 2 Years Driver's License

• Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain the company uniform appearance, greet and thank guests, resolve issues, and be an all-around pleasant presence.
• Be outside and active most of the day, standing or walking, and sometimes assist with items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• You may be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects.

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid driver’s license and at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Energetic, outgoing, able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs if needed.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with a friendly, professional approach.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and help resolve customer issues positively.

• Valet parking experience (1 year+).
• Customer service experience (1 year+).
