Position: Greeter (Temp, 14.5 hours total!)

Job Description

This is a temporary Sales Concierge role supporting a renowned Real Estate brand totaling 11.5 hours
, requiring on-site availability in West Hollywood during the dates and times listed below. Candidates must be dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a client-facing environment.

Schedule & Availability
  • 2 hours of training on any day prior to 2/14
  • 2/14: 11:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • 2/17: 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM
  • 2/28: 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM
  • 3/3: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Role Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for prospective buyers visiting the property.
  • Welcoming guests upon arrival and ensuring they are oriented.
  • Escorting guests to the model home and back as needed.
  • Help create a positive and professional experience by offering water and providing basic information about the property.

The ideal candidate is personable, attentive, and able to represent the property in a polished and welcoming manner.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a similar role, such as a receptionist or front-desk position, with a demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks, handle incoming calls, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Must be able to reliably commute to and work from the West Hollywood office as scheduled, with dependable transportation.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to interact comfortably and effectively with clients, visitors, and team members.
