Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage services in an on-site role at the Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood, CA. The responsibilities include supervising the food service team, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, implementing and monitoring budgets, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the kitchen staff, organize training sessions, and ensure seamless coordination to deliver a high-quality dining experience for our guests.
This role requires leadership, operational expertise, and strong organizational skills in a dynamic and luxurious environment. This role requires working Nights, Weekends, and Holidays.
Compensation for this role is $80,000-$90,000 BOE
Qualifications
- Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, with a strong understanding of high standards in hospitality.
- Proven skills in Customer Service, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and addressing guest needs promptly.
- Proficiency in Training and mentoring staff to meet service standards and foster professional growth.
- Experience in Budgeting and resource management, ensuring financial goals are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
- Previous experience in luxury hotels or upscale dining establishments is preferred.
