About the Role

Paramount is building the next generation of personalization and discovery across our global streaming platforms, and we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to contribute to high‑impact initiatives across the Paramount+ and Pluto TV sign‑up/registration flow. In this role, you will help shape how millions of viewers discover films, series, live sports, and news on Paramount+, Pluto TV, and future streaming products.

You will work closely with senior engineers and applied scientists to build and deploy production systems that improve engagement, retention, and viewer satisfaction. This is a highly collaborative technical role where you will contribute to innovation at the intersection of ML modeling, retrieval and ranking systems, embeddings, experimentation, and real‑time user understanding.

What You’ll Do
  • Contribute to the design and development of personalization in the Paramount+ sign‑up flow and Pluto TV registration experiences.
  • Help define and lead the multi‑year product strategy across Paramount+ and Pluto TV for sign‑up flow/registration flow optimization.
  • Build specifications to develop real‑time, personalized experiences in the sign‑up flow (for both low‑information and high‑information cases).
  • Partner with product, design, content, platform engineering, and data science teams to deliver measurable user outcomes.
  • Support the development of semantic search and browse experiences using embeddings, query understanding, and domain‑specific model architectures.
  • Apply experimentation best practices, including A/B testing and offline evaluation, to inform model and feature improvements.
  • Collaborate with and learn from senior engineers and scientists, contributing to a solid and growing Applied ML culture.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data, machine learning, or highly technical platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts (e.g., recommendation systems, ranking, experimentation) and the ability to translate between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of spearheading end‑to‑end product initiatives, from problem definition and strategy through execution, launch, and iteration.
  • Experience working closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver data‑driven products at scale.
  • Fluency in experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing, metric design, and interpreting results to inform product decisions.
  • Ability to define clear product requirements, prioritize successfully, and balance short‑term wins with long‑term platform investments.
  • Strong analytical skills, with comfort using data to identify opportunities, measure impact, and guide decision‑making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
  • Familiarity with data and ML ecosystems (e.g., Big Query, experimentation platforms, model lifecycle concepts) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in streaming, media, growth, or user acquisition funnels (e.g., sign‑up, onboarding, personalization) is a plus.
