Senior UX​/UI Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design of intuitive, user-centered interfaces for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI design, a deep understanding of user behavior, and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.

• Lead the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that reflect user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project objectives.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve the user experience.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
